A trip to
South Africa is not complete without visiting a winery or two
so that was our plan for Monday. We began in a lovely town called
Franschhhoek. There we had lunch in a cellar that was dug into
a hill called Haute Cabriere. It was really amazing, and the
food was great as was the wine. We then went to Mont Rochelle
winery to catch their tour. Unfortunately there were no tours
that day but instead we did the wine tasting and left with three
bottles. We carried on to Somerset West to Vergelegen, but they
had closed at 4pm. So after a quick coffee we met up with Rachel
to go to her drama exam.
