Marks Tey
was in fact our destination for a nice weekend away. Colchester
is famous for being England's oldest town and John Constable
the artist. We had a really nice time just hanging actually.
The hotel was great but a little out of the way so we had to
get a train to the city. Highlights include our Saturday night
meal where a table magician entertained us. He was great and
here are a couple of examples of his magic. I can't remember
about the 2 diamonds, but the Queen of hearts has the nine of
spades joined to it with my signature on the back. It was amazing
as we had both chosen(well we thought) a card and signed it
and somehow he joined it together. Great trick.
On Sunday we went walking in the woods. Although the weather
wasn't the best it was still refreshing and fun to be in the
countryside. We did the yellow route.
