Just for
something to do we took a day trip to Bournemouth with Sally,
Clint and Rob. I believe that more were coming but a night out
before meant that many decided bed was a better option.
Bournemouth
reminds be a lot of Brighton. But I think most seaside towns
do look like that. There was a pier with arcade games, the beach
of course, the usual shops and a lovely park.
After relaxing
in the sun on the beach for a while we went for a walk through
the park and found a mini golf course. The challenge was laid
and I'm glad to say Sally cleaned up. I was a disgrace to the
girls team but Sally managed to stay cool under pressure and
beat all the boys. Hooray.
So after
that it was time for the boys to drown their sorrows and for
us to celebrate with a few drinks at a trendy pub. All too soon
it was time to go, but it was a fun day out.
